I am an independent external transport manager and transport compliance consultant with hands-on experience managing depot and fleet operations.
I work with operators who value transparency, structure, and regulatory integrity. My approach is practical and evidence-led, ensuring that systems are not just in place on paper, but operate effectively day to day.
I believe that the role of a transport manager is to exercise effective and continuous control, not to front a licence or retrofit compliance after problems arise. Where I am not satisfied that this standard can be met, I am prepared to advise accordingly.
My services are selective by design, ensuring I can provide meaningful oversight, clear authority, and robust compliance that stands up to Traffic Commissioner and DVSA scrutiny.
